At Court Culture Co, all products are made to order using an on-demand production model in partnership with Printful.

This approach allows us to minimize overproduction and reduce environmental waste, aligning with our commitment to sustainability.

Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to customer errors (e.g., incorrect size, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item). Please double-check your selections before placing an order.

▶ When We Accept Returns or Refunds

We will offer a replacement or refund only if:
• The item received is incorrect (wrong product, size, or color)
• The item has a clear defect (print error, damage, or stain)
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery, including photos of the issue for review.

As we do not hold inventory, we do not generally accept physical returns.
If a return is required, we will provide return instructions individually.
